Buenos Aires Hosts the Fourth International Congress of Oracles and Alternative Therapies and Declares World Day of the Wheel of Fortune
The event brought together discussions and presentations on communication, artificial intelligence, storytelling, and purposeful content creation. During the event, the International Network of Holistic Communicators declared October 10 as World Day of the Wheel of Fortune, also known as Major Arcana X, to be observed annually.
On Saturday, October 10, 2026, the Fourth International Congress of Oracles and Alternative Therapies was held in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The event focused on communication, expression, and purposeful content creation. It took place at Espacio Milagros Lógicos, in the Villa Urquiza neighborhood, with free admission and a strong turnout.
Organized in collaboration with the International Network of Holistic Communicators, the congress invited participants to reflect on new forms of communication, the use of artificial intelligence, the power of storytelling, and the creation of content capable of building connections beyond social media metrics and indicators.
Communication, Artificial Intelligence, and Content Creation
The program brought together specialists from Argentina, Venezuela, and Mexico, who shared tools and experiences related to communication and content development.
Alfredo Fredhy Perotti presented “Your Voice in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” a talk exploring the challenges facing voice and communication amid technological transformation. Brigitte Turri discussed “The Power of Telling Stories That Connect,” while Gabriela Rodríguez shared practical tools for oral expression and preparation for live communication in her presentation, “Your Voice Live: How to Prepare to Communicate.”
Representing Venezuela, Francisco Rodríguez presented “Beyond the Like,” encouraging a broader perspective on content creation and its purpose. Meanwhile, Miguel Ledhesma, from Mexico, led the workshop “Creating Content with Purpose for Social Media.” The practical session focused on what is communicated, why it is communicated, and the impact that content aims to achieve.
In this way, the congress brought together different perspectives on contemporary communication, combining presentations and practical tools with reflection on the purpose behind content production.
World Day of the Wheel of Fortune, Major Arcana X, Is Declared
One of the central moments of the event was the declaration of October 10 as the annual World Day of the Wheel of Fortune, Major Arcana X, an initiative promoted by the International Network of Holistic Communicators.
The declaration was formally made during the gathering on October 10, 2026, at 10:10 a.m. The timing symbolically referred to the tenth day, the tenth month, and Major Arcana X in the tarot’s Major Arcana. The declaration was led by Gerardo Mayorga of Argentina.
The official record establishes this annual observance within the International Network of Holistic Communicators and encourages educational, artistic, and reflective activities every October 10, focusing on the cycles of existence.
The Wheel of Fortune is a symbol associated with movement, change, transitions, and the renewal of human circumstances. Its meaning goes beyond the idea of good luck: it also offers an opportunity to reflect on uncertainty, resilience, and the possibility of learning from different stages of life.
The initiative seeks to foster dialogue among communication, culture, art, philosophy, spirituality, and self-awareness practices, while respecting the diversity of beliefs. The declaration does not seek to impose a single interpretation of tarot or establish a divinatory truth. Instead, it aims to recognize the Wheel of Fortune as a cultural and philosophical symbol.
An Annual Observance for the Future
Following this declaration, October 10 was established as an annual day of observance within the International Network of Holistic Communicators. The initiative welcomes participation from educational institutions, cultural organizations, communicators, and communities interested in developing activities that encourage reflection on change, life cycles, and the possibilities of transformation.
The Fourth International Congress of Oracles and Alternative Therapies thus brought together two complementary dimensions: exploring new tools for purposeful communication and establishing an annual date dedicated to a symbol that invites people to view life as a process of movement and renewal.
The event held on October 10, 2026, therefore marked a new chapter for both the congress and the International Network of Holistic Communicators, bringing together communication, reflection, and symbolism.
